Measuring Band Size

Put on an unpadded bra. Measure around the bottom of the band of the bra directly under the bust. If you happen to get an odd number, round up to the nearest even number.

Measuring Cup Size

With the tape measure straight across your back, bring it around to the front to the fullest part of your bust. Don't pull too tight. The tape measure should fit loosely around your bust. You want to be able to comfortably take a full deep breath. Subtract your band size from your cup size. Each inch represents a cup size. For example, if the difference between your cup and band is 2 inches you theoretically should be a B cup.
